Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

Job Summary

As a full-time Associate - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), the candidate will translate financial and operational data into actionable insights, design analytics infrastructure, and collaborate across the organization to drive growth and efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive analyses into business performance and develop predictive models to inform strategic priorities
• Support the core FP&A cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while ensuring data integrity across systems
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design analytical frameworks and deliver data-driven recommendations that influence decision-making

Required qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience in FP&A, financial data analytics, or business intelligence
• Hands-on technical expertise with a strong ability to design solutions and leverage AI tools
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical findings into strategic recommendations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous learning
