Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Job Summary
To support the financial transparency and strategic planning of the company, the full-time remote Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will manage financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting while partnering with executive management and functional leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting processes in alignment with strategic objectives
- Provide insights on financial performance, key performance drivers, and strategies to achieve established goals
- Support fundraising activities and prepare financial information for Board and investor reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with significant FP&A experience
- Prior experience managing or leading an FP&A function
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and U.S. GAAP
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or capital-intensive business environment
