Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Summary

Partnering closely with senior leadership, the full-time remote Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for Managed Services and Professional Services, optimizing margins and influencing investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain workforce capacity models to optimize headcount planning and productivity benchmarks
• Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process for the services portfolio, ensuring alignment with financial goals
• Deliver insightful reporting and data analyses to senior management to support business reviews and performance management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
• Financial planning and analysis experience in Private Equity-backed SaaS or technology services companies
• Understanding of SaaS and services metrics, forecasting, and financial modeling best practices
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with tools like Adaptive, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Tableau
• Working knowledge of GAAP, particularly around revenue recognition and project-based accounting
