Financial Planning Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting core FP&A activities, the full-time Financial Planning Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial insights in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and forecasting models, including long-term projections and annual budgets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in partnership with the accounting team
- Build financial models for new business initiatives and track departmental budget versus actual spend
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a financial analyst, FP&A, or related role
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with NetSuite and Oracle EPM Cloud or PBC forecasting tools preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, CPG, or health and cosmetics industries preferred
