Financial Planning Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time Financial Planning Analyst will manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes while collaborating with finance and business stakeholders to enhance decision-making and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support monthly and quarterly forecasts and the annual budgeting process by preparing templates and consolidating financial projections
- Prepare monthly financial reports, investigate variances, and explain key performance drivers
- Update financial models and assist with scenario modeling and ad hoc financial analysis to evaluate business decisions
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, or a related role; FP&A experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
- Working knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
- Experience with enterprise planning or performance management systems is a plus
