Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the financial planning and analysis functions, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance profitability and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and develop accurate financial plans in collaboration with regional leaders
• Prepare monthly forecasts and analyze actual results against budget, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and management decision-making across divisions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or management accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a multi-location organization
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is preferred
