Job Summary
To support a growing SaaS organization, the full-time Financial Planning Analyst will drive business performance through expense variance analysis, manage headcount analytics, and elevate SaaS reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead expense-side variance analysis and collaborate with Accounting and departmental leaders for accurate financial closes
- Own headcount actuals and forecasting, partnering with HR and business leaders to manage workforce costs
- Update and maintain dashboards for critical SaaS metrics, providing insights for executive discussions and strategic decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Accounting, with SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of the expense side of the P&L and other financial statements
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills, comfortable with multi-tab, driver-based models
- Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar FP&A tools is a plus
