Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis in a full-time remote capacity, the Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting while assisting with budget creation and business assessments.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, analyzing trends to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare financial reports and conduct analyses to evaluate operational and financial performance
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and reviewing results
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of financial planning and/or data analysis experience
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis techniques
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools for data analysis
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
