Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting while assisting with budget creation and strategic fiscal matters.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in financial assessment and modeling, including the development of best-practice models and what-if scenarios
- Prepare and evaluate financial trend information and reports to support decision-making for region/business unit leaders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address business problems and improve financial performance through data analysis and variance analysis
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of financial planning and/or data analysis experience
- Experience with financial modeling and budget forecasting
- Proficiency in analyzing financial trends and conducting variance analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of the healthcare industry is preferred
