Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, assist in budget creation, and evaluate financial trends while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in financial assessments and prepare reports to facilitate financial management
- Support the creation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing budgeting trends and conducting financial analyses
- Collaborate with leadership to review financial results and improve operational performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of financial planning and/or data analysis experience
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis techniques
- Proficiency in utilizing financial data sources and tools
- Ability to conduct variance analysis and evaluate financial performance
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
