Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, assist in budget creation, and conduct financial assessments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing budgeting trends and conducting financial assessments
- Support financial modeling and analysis by developing best-practice models and conducting variance analyses
- Prepare and evaluate financial reports and trend information to facilitate financial management across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of financial planning and/or data analysis experience
- Experience with financial assessments and reporting
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems
- Knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting processes
- Familiarity with healthcare industry financial practices is preferred
