Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, assist in budget creation, and evaluate business performance through data analysis and forecasting.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in financial assessments and prepare reports to facilitate strategic planning and decision-making
- Conduct financial modeling and variance analysis to evaluate operational and financial performance
- Support the creation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing financial trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of financial planning and/or data analysis experience
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis techniques
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate financial insights
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools for data analysis
- Understanding of the healthcare industry is preferred
