Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis efforts, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting while assisting with budget creation and financial assessments.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts, analyzing budgeting trends to support strategic initiatives
- Conduct financial assessments and analyses to evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reviewing audit results
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of financial planning and/or data analysis experience
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis techniques
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools for data analysis
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems
- Understanding of the healthcare industry is preferred
