Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting while assisting in financial assessments and strategic fiscal matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing financial trends and providing necessary information
• Support financial modeling by developing best-practice models and conducting what-if scenario analyses
• Prepare and evaluate financial trend information and reports to facilitate financial management across the organization

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of financial planning and/or data analysis experience
• Experience working with financial assessment tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in financial analysis techniques, including variance analysis and cash flow analysis
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems and support strategic initiatives
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
