Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, assist in budget creation, and conduct financial assessments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing financial trends and providing necessary information for departmental budgets
- Conduct financial assessments and analyses to evaluate business performance and support strategic financial planning initiatives
- Prepare and evaluate financial reports, trends, and forecasts to facilitate financial management across the organization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of financial planning and/or data analysis experience
- Experience working with financial modeling and analysis tools
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems
- Proficiency in conducting variance analysis and financial trend evaluations
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
