Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis in a full-time remote role, the Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and strategic planning initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing trends to support departmental financial planning
- Conduct financial assessments and analyses to evaluate business performance and inform strategic decisions
- Prepare and evaluate financial reports and trend information to facilitate effective financial management across the organization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of relevant financial planning or data analysis experience
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis techniques
- Proficiency in using financial software and data analysis tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of the healthcare industry is preferred
