Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, assist in budget preparation, and conduct financial assessments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing financial trends and providing necessary information for departmental budgets
- Support financial modeling by developing best-practice models and conducting what-if scenario analyses
- Prepare and evaluate financial trend reports, assisting in the evaluation of business performance and strategic fiscal matters
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of financial planning and/or data analysis experience
- Experience with financial assessments and performance evaluations
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and departments
- Familiarity with healthcare industry financial practices is preferred
