Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting while assisting with budget creation and evaluating financial trends.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial assessments and reports to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Conduct financial analyses and variance reporting to evaluate operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts aligned with organizational goals
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of financial planning and/or data analysis experience
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis techniques
- Ability to utilize data sources and tools effectively for financial reporting
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its financial metrics
- Proficiency in preparing and evaluating financial trend information and forecasts
