Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting while assisting with budget creation and financial assessments.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts to support strategic initiatives
- Conduct financial analyses and variance analysis to evaluate performance and identify trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial assessments and operational performance improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of financial planning and/or data analysis experience
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve financial objectives
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
