Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis in a full-time remote capacity, the Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial assessments, prepare reports, and conduct forecasting to enhance organizational fiscal strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing trends and providing relevant information
- Support financial modeling and assessments by developing best-practice models and conducting what-if scenarios
- Prepare and evaluate financial trend reports and analyses to support business unit performance and strategic planning
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of financial planning and/or data analysis experience
- Experience with financial assessment tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in conducting variance analysis and financial modeling
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems
- Familiarity with healthcare industry financial practices is preferred
