Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis initiatives, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting, while assisting in the evaluation of business performance and strategic fiscal matters.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing financial trends and preparing reports
- Support financial assessments and audits by preparing necessary documentation and reviewing results
- Conduct financial analyses to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for cost avoidance and recovery
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of relevant financial planning or data analysis experience
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis techniques
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools for data analysis
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
