Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, assist in budget creation, and evaluate business environments while preparing reports and conducting trend research.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing financial trends and providing necessary information
• Support financial modeling by developing best-practice models and conducting what-if scenario analyses
• Prepare and evaluate financial trend reports and analyses to support financial management across the organization

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of financial planning and/or data analysis experience
• Experience working with financial assessment tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in financial analysis techniques, including variance analysis and cash flow analysis
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to address business problems and improve financial performance
• Familiarity with healthcare industry financial practices is preferred
