Financial Planning Analyst Lead

Job Summary

Leading the annual budgeting cycle, the full-time Financial Planning Analyst Lead will ensure compliance with financial regulations, identify cost optimization opportunities, and collaborate with various departments to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the budgeting process, monitor financial performance, and generate P&L reports
• Analyze and reconcile revenue streams, including capitation and member premiums
• Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert on health insurance financials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning or budgeting
• Strong knowledge of health insurance financials, including P&L ownership and budgeting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL and Business Intelligence tools
• Ability to navigate complex financial issues and provide strategic insights
