Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Financial Planning Manager will manage forecasting and budgeting, data extraction and analysis, and financial modeling while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dynamic annual budget models and lead monthly forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities
• Extract and analyze data from various systems to provide actionable insights and support decision-making
• Deliver comprehensive reporting packages, including variance analysis and Power BI dashboards for executive review

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or financial modeling with increasing responsibility
• Proven ability to independently extract data and perform meaningful analysis from source systems
• Advanced Excel modeling skills, including driver-based models and scenario analysis
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and maintenance
• Strong written communication skills to convey financial insights and recommendations effectively
