Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

Supporting operational and strategic financial modeling in a remote capacity, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will manage detailed financial models for ABA therapy services, deliver rigorous monthly financial analysis, and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, including income statements, cash flow, and capital investment tracking for ABA therapy businesses
• Analyze financial performance metrics specific to ABA therapy, such as revenue per client and clinician utilization, while supporting monthly reporting for management and the Board
• Manage internal deliverables and timelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing support for accounting and audit processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
• 5 - 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, preferably in a PE-backed or multi-entity environment
• Exposure to healthcare services or behavioral health business models is preferred
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools such as Business Central, Cosmos Reporting, and Power BI
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
