Financial Planning Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing FP&A team, the full-time salaried Financial Planning Manager will conduct comprehensive financial analysis, monitor costs, and develop key performance indicators while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned divisions
- Monitor and analyze operational costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and providing optimization recommendations
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance against targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in a quantitative or analytical field, with a preference for high transaction volume industries
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, with experience using Oracle Planning and Budgeting
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and programming languages is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of legal support services industry dynamics and market trends is preferred
