Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Brand team in financial planning, the full-time Manager, HEYDUDE Brand FP&A will lead the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts while working in a hybrid environment to provide financial guidance and insights for strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes for the HEYDUDE brand
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to various teams, developing financial models and assessing campaign impacts
• Analyze monthly financial performance and provide actionable recommendations based on key drivers and risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, business administration, finance, or economics
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience in complex business environments
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with BI tools, SAP, or financial planning systems preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
