Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

Owning the renewal base analytics and bookings classification framework, the full-time Financial Planning Manager will manage multi-year forecasts, set renewal base targets, and partner across finance and operations to ensure consistent policy application in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the renewal base model and produce reliable multi-year forecasts for company-level planning
• Define and operationalize bookings policy and classification, ensuring consistency across the business
• Integrate renewal-driven revenue forecasts into broader financial planning and reporting processes

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of FP&A experience, particularly in Enterprise Software or SaaS environments
• Deep knowledge of ARR/renewal mechanics and bookings definitions
• Proven ability to build complex financial models and connect GTM metrics to enterprise-level financial planning
• Experience supporting a full annual planning cycle from target-setting to finance consolidation
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations
