Job Summary
Leading the development and delivery of financial reporting, the full-time remote Financial Planning Manager will manage budget, forecast, and management reporting packages while supporting financial modeling and process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the creation and delivery of budget, forecast, and management reporting packages for finance and executive leadership
- Establish stakeholder guidance for FP&A reporting tools to enhance efficiency and consistency across the agency
- Support the Director of FP&A in financial modeling, agency analyses, and the preparation of management reports and Board presentations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or finance operations
- Experience with Microsoft and Oracle products for data management and report design
- Proficiency in cloud-based EPM software and business intelligence platforms
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
