Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

To support the evolution of financial planning capabilities, the full-time remote Financial Planning Manager will manage operational-financial integration, modernize forecasting and budgeting methodologies, and lead cross-functional collaborations to enhance financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data models linking operational KPIs to financial outcomes
• Establish a framework for analyzing and reporting costs on a fixed vs. variable basis
• Lead efforts to modernize forecasting and budgeting methodologies, integrating real-time operational data

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial systems, or finance transformation roles, preferably in healthcare
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including experience with large datasets and financial modeling
• High competence with financial planning systems such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Oracle
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and financial system implementations
