Financial Planning Senior Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing FP&A team, the full-time Financial Planning Senior Manager will manage the end-to-end planning process, including budgeting and forecasting, while providing actionable financial insights to guide strategic decision-making, with options to work remotely or from the Boston headquarters.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and mentor the FP&A team to deliver critical financial support and insights
• Own the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across multiple business units
• Prepare and present financial reporting packages and executive dashboards for leadership and the Board of Directors

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus
• Eight to ten years of progressive finance experience with exceptional financial analytics and modeling skills
• Proven supervisory experience with a focus on mentoring high-performing finance teams
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Oracle and/or Anaplan is a plus
