Job Summary

Owning the financial strategy and performance narrative, the full-time remote Services FP&A Process Transformation Leader will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting, translating complex business dynamics into actionable insights that drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the financial performance narrative and assess returns on capital, assets, and overall value creation through sophisticated analysis
• Shape priorities and operating programs to drive significant improvements in quality, efficiency, and effectiveness across the functional area
• Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership, influencing strategic and operational decisions with data-driven recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with 8+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Income Statement management; or a High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated success in financial management within a complex, multi-layered business environment
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and drive consensus across organizational levels
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of identifying root causes and developing innovative, data-driven solutions
• Proven ability to lead high-impact programs from strategy through execution while balancing competing priorities
