Financial Project Manager III

Job Summary

To support the Facilities Design and Construction (FD+C) function, the full-time Financial Project Manager III will manage financial systems and applications, assist project managers with financial reporting, and mentor financial analysis staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of the annual operating budget for capital projects and ensure accurate processing of invoices and check requests
• Develop and implement new methodologies for financial modeling and forecasting, enhancing the long-range planning process
• Collaborate with management to analyze and prepare relevant financial reports for FD+C operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with a focus on healthcare construction and cost accounting
• At least 5 years in a management position and 5 years in an analytical role
• Expert knowledge of construction contracts and capital budgeting principles
• Advanced proficiency in financial software applications, including SAP and Excel
