Financial Reconciliation Expert

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor and liaison, the full-time remote Financial Reconciliation Expert will support the adoption of a financial reconciliation platform, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and analyze complex financial data to enhance audit readiness and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support the adoption and use of a financial reconciliation platform by liaising between Department of War organizations and enterprise financial operations
• Analyze and reconcile complex financial data across multiple systems to ensure audit readiness and address reconciliation discrepancies
• Facilitate discovery sessions to identify control gaps and define reconciliation requirements between data systems

Required qualifications

• Recognized industry expertise in financial reconciliation and enterprise financial operations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes generating financial transactions, such as Procure to Pay and Order to Cash
• Experience in analyzing complex financial data for audit readiness
• Ability to translate business and financial requirements into actionable solutions
• Knowledge of financial controls and practices for maintaining financial data integrity
