Financial Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Sr Assoc Financial Reporting Analyst will prepare, analyze, and report on financial statements while participating in the accounting close process and conducting financial analysis to support business unit teams.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing, analyzing, and reporting on financial statements and supporting schedules according to accounting calendars
- Participating in the accounting close, including journal entry preparation and account reconciliations
- Conducting financial analysis on consolidated and business unit results while providing support to various partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
- 1-3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or Reporting
- CPA preferred, not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Prior experience in insurance/financial services (Statutory Reporting) is a plus
