Job Summary
Supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) remotely, the contract Financial Reporting Analyst will manage financial reporting, accounting operations, and audit readiness while analyzing complex financial data and ensuring compliance with federal financial management policies.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial data to support reporting requirements and management decision-making
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial transactions and perform complex reconciliations of financial records
- Support financial statement audits and maintain compliance with internal control requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, or audit activities
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
