Job Summary
To support a growing finance team, the full-time remote Consolidations & Financial Reporting Manager will lead AI automation in accounting processes, manage global financial consolidations, and prepare quarterly and annual external financial statements and disclosures.
Key responsibilities
- Lead AI automation and adoption across accounting and reporting processes, identifying and automating high-volume manual tasks
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and footnote disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee the global financial consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including SEC reporting and public company industry experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with SOX compliance
- Hands-on experience with financial consolidations in a multinational, multicurrency environment
- Familiarity with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems; experience with AI tools and disclosure management software is a plus
