Job Summary
Accountable for financial performance and delivery execution, the full-time remote Financials & Grantmaking Pillar Delivery Lead will manage a defined Professional Services portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer value realization and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Own portfolio performance metrics including revenue, margin, and delivery capacity for a product-aligned Professional Services portfolio
- Lead delivery execution to enhance customer experience, implementation quality, and escalation management across various service delivery models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product priorities and financial targets into measurable delivery outcomes and operational plans
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional services, implementation delivery, or customer success services with a focus on business outcomes
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
- Proven ability to manage financial and operational performance metrics effectively
- Strong knowledge of professional services delivery models and customer value realization
- Experience in collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align execution and customer outcomes
