Financial Services Representative
Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the fully remote Financial Services Representative will develop and execute collection strategies, collaborate with client service teams, and resolve payment disputes while managing billing and accounts receivable data.
Key responsibilities
- Review and reconcile billing, accounts receivable, and work-in-progress data to identify discrepancies and support collections
- Develop and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and investigate billing issues or payment disputes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience with college-level accounting coursework
- At least 3 years of collections experience in a professional services firm
- Experience with insurance carriers and knowledge of SIRs/deductibles strongly preferred
- Experience with BillBlast and Aderant highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with intermediate Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables) required
