Financial Services Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time Financial Services Supervisor will manage order to cash processes, drive process improvements, and support business growth while overseeing account services and resolving customer escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach Account Services teams to execute business activities and identify process optimizations
• Manage people-related items, including performance management and staff selection
• Provide guidance and support in executing strategies, projects, and technology enhancements

Required qualifications

• At least one year of experience leading employees preferred
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• At least five years of experience working within RMS preferred
• Ability to manage a front-line team and effectively prioritize workload
