Financial Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance financial reporting capabilities, the full-time Financial Systems Analyst will design and develop custom reports and dashboards in Workday and Adaptive, working remotely or onsite as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with various departments to translate business needs into technical reporting requirements
- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Workday and Adaptive tools
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues for existing reports, ensuring data accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, specifically using Workday and Adaptive
- Proficiency in Workday Financials report development using Report Writer and Report Designer
- Strong understanding of Workday Adaptive Planning processes and best practices
- Workday Financials certification is highly preferred
