Financial Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support financial reporting initiatives, the full-time Financial Systems Analyst will design and develop custom reports and dashboards in Workday and Adaptive while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with various departments to translate business needs into technical reporting requirements
- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Workday and Adaptive
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues for existing reports, ensuring data accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, specifically with Workday and Adaptive
- Proficiency in Workday Financials report development
- Strong understanding of Workday Adaptive Planning processes
- Workday Financials certification is highly preferred
