Financial Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the integration layer for finance systems, the full-time remote Financial Systems Engineer will build and maintain connections between NetSuite, Stripe, Salesforce, and other platforms, while automating manual processes and ensuring accurate financial data flow.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner of Celigo, managing integrations with various financial platforms
• Automate manual processes for the Billing and AR teams, demonstrating efficiency improvements
• Write and maintain SuiteScript to support billing, invoicing, and cash collection processes

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or business systems, with at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience
• Proven experience building custom flows in Celigo integrator.io or a comparable iPaaS
• Proficiency in SuiteScript and JavaScript, with knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
• Accounting literacy to translate finance requests into system configurations
• Experience in replacing manual processes with automated solutions, with clear documentation of changes
