Financial Systems Implementation Lead
Job Summary
Leading the deployment of enterprise financial systems, the full-time remote Financial Systems Implementation Lead will manage implementation workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive organizational readiness to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial systems implementation workstreams from planning through deployment, stabilization, and hypercare
- Analyze current-state finance processes to identify opportunities for standardization and automation
- Drive implementation testing strategies and oversee deployment readiness reviews and post-go-live support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience leading enterprise system implementations, including ERP and financial systems
- 10+ years of experience with implementation methodologies and structured delivery frameworks
- Managed at least 3 cross-functional projects involving business teams and technology partners
- 7+ years of strong stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed environment
