Job Summary
Owning the financial-systems strategy and execution, the full-time Financial Systems Lead will design and implement ERP solutions, evaluate financial tools, and advise leadership on technology investments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Help leadership evaluate and select appropriate financial platforms for various companies and build a long-term vision for standardization
- Lead the design and execution of ERP transitions in collaboration with implementation partners and finance teams, ensuring real business value
- Establish best practices and governance standards for financial systems across the network, documenting approaches for scalability
Required qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in ERP implementations, financial-systems leadership, or enterprise accounting
- Deep hands-on knowledge of NetSuite and practical experience with other financial-systems tools
- Strong judgment regarding financial-systems architecture and vendor evaluations
- Experience in technology vendor assessment and solution evaluation
- Ability to communicate effectively with finance teams, implementation partners, and executives
