Job Summary
Providing exceptional service and support to clients, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Brokerage Associate will assist with trading and account-related inquiries while managing a variety of service requests in a high-volume inbound call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to retail customers by explaining financial concepts clearly and assisting with trading of various securities
- Manage service requests including account opening, asset movement, and facilitating trades on Empower's retail products
- Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transaction requirements and proactively follow up to enhance the client experience
Required qualifications
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or a high-volume inbound call center
- Knowledge of equities trading, fixed income, and options
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Prior remote work experience preferred
