Job Summary
Ensuring seamless back-office functions for brokerage services, the full-time remote Brokerage Operations Quality Specialist will manage daily approvals, escalations, and quality assurance processes while supporting diverse client requests and mitigating risks in the brokerage business.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate quality results and administer quality control standards for brokerage processing
- Review and approve new account enrollments, maintenance, and transactions as part of quality review
- Train and mentor brokerage representatives while acting as a Subject Matter Expert for brokerage plan conversions and maintenance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
- 1+ years of experience in brokerage services/operations
- FINRA Series 7 registrations required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge and proven brokerage operations knowledge
