Job Summary
Ensuring seamless back-office functions for brokerage services, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Brokerage Specialist will efficiently review and process client requests, manage account setups and transactions, and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process client requests, including account enrollments, transfers, and complex transactions
- Manage Self-Directed Brokerage plan conversions and maintain accurate client account information
- Collaborate with clearing firm representatives and internal teams to address inquiries and ensure effective communication
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- 1+ years of experience in brokerage services or operations
- FINRA Series 7 registration and fingerprinting required
- Experience with NetX 360/Pershing is a plus
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge and proven brokerage operations knowledge
