Job Summary
To support a client-first mission, the full-time FINRA Licensed Client Service Representative will assist clients with account-related inquiries through inbound calls while working remotely from Idaho.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with clients via inbound phone calls to address a variety of financial inquiries
- Lead with empathy to solve problems and provide timely solutions to clients' needs
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client and crew experiences
Required qualifications
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
- 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience
- Strong sense of ownership for client outcomes and accountability
- High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
- Desire for stability and a long-term career in client service
