Job Summary
To support a client-first mission, the full-time salaried FINRA Licensed Client Service Representative will connect with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with account-related needs while working remotely from Utah.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with clients to assist with a wide range of financial inquiries, including account maintenance and issue resolution
- Lead with empathy to solve problems and provide timely, accurate solutions to client needs
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the client and crew experience through strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
- 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience
- Strong sense of ownership for client outcomes and accountability
- High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
- A desire for stability and a commitment to building a long-term career in client service
